The 2023 National Age Championships was Henry’s most successful Nationals to date with a haul of five medals and five National Age S15 18 Year Old Records, something that he is very proud to achieve with Kincoppal Rose Bay Aquatic Club. This marked the end of the Age category for Henry as he moves into the Open category in 2023.

He attended the 2023 Nationals Open Championship representing Warringah Aquatic Swim Club at his first Open category event.

He performed very well in his first Open year as a Multi-Class swimmer, competing against recently anointed and well established Paralympians, himself a Deaflympican.
